It was fairly normal but slightly disorganized. I was given a call after leaving an online application and had a quick interview over the phone, then offered an in-person interview. I was told that the hours would be 9-5 every day which was perfect, as it took me about over an hour to get there. I had two interviews, with the hotel manager and then the store manager. I was told that the person I was interviewing with the second time was being changed to a different manager which was fine. The interview was good, but after being hired the hours didn't en dup being 9-5 and I was expected to be there at 7, a day after I was told 9 earliest. (I take the bus, and like I said, for over an hour). This didn't work with my schedule, which was frustrating even though, the original hours promised did work with my availability. I was kept until after 10 pm most times, which the last bus came at 10 pm. If I asked to leave a couple of minutes early to get the bus, they said "if you finish at the time" even though these hours weren't in my availability and I was lied to. I tried to explain to the manager that I'm not available that late and they said: "Well I'll see what I can do but in this job you have to be able to start at 5 am sometimes and leave late sometimes". If you get a job here, just make sure you make your availability VERY clear, or else they'll abuse it.
