I applied online. I interviewed at PetSmart (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2021
Interview
Great experience. They were friendly and very informative. I would recommend this place for work. I just don’t don’t want to work in customer service anymore. This is more entry level foe college graduates or high school students.
Very easy going, ask you about yourself, what your experience or history is and what you would do under certain scenarios. Interview can be done in person or via video conference/online
Simple enough to get together, easy process not very engaging, but was pleasant enough. Won't be taking a postion anytime soon though. I'm not looking for a position at this time, but will keep yhem in mind for the future
They communicate very well regarding the interview process. They were willing to work with me to set up an interview. I had to reschedule a few times with no problems.
