I applied through other source. I interviewed at PetSmart (Bangor, ME) in Mar 2020
Interview
was called over the phone for phone interview then called in for an in person interview and was called back for a second in person interview and got a background check then when passed I started the job
It was very simple. Had an interview with 2 different people but they made me feel at ease. It was a pretty short interview with both ladies. No need to be nervous.
Applications must be completed online so you can take an assessment. Process was quick, I received a call back from 1 of the 2 locations I applied for. Did a quick phone interview with the hiring manager where he asked me a few questions then I was set up to come in on a later date for a second interview with the store leader. Second interview went well, they review your packet and ask questions. They take notes as you answer. Was offered a position at the second interview and put on the calendar to return to complete some paperwork and then training.
