I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PetSmart in May 2010
Interview
Planning my interview was easy- one quick phone call to schedule after company had received my online application. Was told that I did very well on personality test (included in online application). The only way a manager even sees your application is if you pass this personality test. Interview was easy; went over work and school history, and was offered the job before asking any other questions. Also offered pay very close to what I requested. Was required to pass a 5-screen drug test.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart (Plant City, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
