I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PetSmart (Canoga Park, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Two interviews, one with the PetsHotel Manager and the other with the Store Manager. Very easy to talk to management and they make you feel comfortable during the interview process. They really just want to know about you as a person, if you know what it is like to care for a pet, and if you have a love and have a desire to work with animals
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PetSmart (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2017
Interview
Because the job is in a call center, the interview was heavily based on computer skills, (typing accuracy, and speed,) as that is how we would input the information, and using different computer programs, as that is how we would look up information.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart in Dec 2010
Interview
I initially went into the store and spoke to the store manager ( who I didn't know was the store manager until later on).
I applied online, and typed up my resume and cover letter.
I followed up a few times, and finally got an interview. There is supposed to be two interviews, one with the hotel manager and the second on with a store-side manager, in this case the store manager. He did not feel the second interview was necessary so the hotel manager went on with the process of acceptance.
