I had a panel interview with about four other people. Theres about 3 interviews to go through to make sure you're a good fit for the small team they have.

Question 1
We were asked character and personality questions such as "What was a time you failed," "If you were an animal what would you be," etc. They look for enthusiastic, FRIENDLY, and helpful people who will be good at communicating animal and product information.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

Interview
I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
