The internship was all online so it was very convenient and gives flexibility. However, there’s no interaction and emotions exchanged so I don’t like that. If it was Zoom interview where I can meet real people, it would be better.

The interview process started with me Applying online, then i got an interview over phone with a recruiter, a week after or so I got notified of interview with future managers panel style. Then Recruiter interview again to ask my opinions on the managers and then phone call with offer.

My thoughts on working AZ and if i woud consuder working there in teh future and relocate.
it was average they were not very enthusiastic nor passionate. first is screening by HR/ talent recruitment and then you get passed on to the managers and people within the department.
