Got a call a few weeks after I submitted my application for an interview. Arrived and saw a few more people there. Overall a waste of time, given that I have no retail experience and indicated that in my application, yet they still called me for an interview and hinted throughout the interview that they want to hire people with retail experience. If you want this job, have retail experience and emphasize how good you are with selling products to people; they want you to badger people when it comes to selling.
