I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and I had a initial interview with a Hiring manager. Then I had 5 interviews of 45 min each with different stakeholders, this was a whole day process. My interviews went really well and then I was told by the recruiter that I had to meet 3 more folks , another 3 hours interviews . I waited and waited after that for an outcome what ever it was but never got any call from them. All the interviewers were respectful and good. One month later I get a call from the recruiter saying the role was filled by an internal employee. If you are considering internal employees which is a good thing why waste my precious time of one and half day ? Why there is no transparent communication after the interviews are done ? Worst experience of my life .
