Called after online application. Went to the store that day, asked some questions about past work and any animal care experience. Was asked when I could start. Told to agree to background check and then would call for orientation next day. Never called back either way. Got ghosted my the manager.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
