First, a recruiter phone call. Then a hiring manager phone call. Then 4 hours of meetings - 1 hour a piece with 4 people relevant to your role, cross-examining you. Finally, an offer phone call. Overall, my process took about 6 weeks from the first call to the last. The interviewing process was quite easy and all questions were general ones. In general, they are just trying to get a gauge for your personality and your approach to pressure and teamwork.
