I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2011
Interview
Interview process was fairly quick and painless. I was a relocation candidate, so I first interviewed with a recruiter over the phone. After that, they decided to fly me to Phoenix where I met with the hiring manager and 3 other members on the team (all at a higher level than what I was interviewing for). A few weeks later, I was offered the position.

Applied online and interviewed with manager in person at the store. She asked standard questions, like why I want to work there and what my strengths are. After that I was invited to interview with the manager of the grooming salon.
I recently attended a job interview and had a generally positive experience. The interview process was well organized, and the interviewer was professional and polite. The questions were clear and relevant to the position. The atmosphere felt respectful, although slightly formal. Overall, it was a valuable experience that allowed me to better understand the role and expectations.
Not great claimed I showed up late even though we spoke the night before and I put it immediately in my phone. I’m on time to everything. Interview was not enagaging, and they didn’t seem interested in interviewing.
