Tell me about a time when you had to help a difficult customer
Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.
A few questions about my experience and ability to unload truck palettes. The assistant manager was wonderful and showed me around a bit, didn’t make me feel nervous, and actively listened.
