Interview
They called me in for later the same day. I entered and talked with a department specialist. After they felt comfortable with me I was scheduled to come back in and talk to the hiring manager. After passing through her, I finally talked to the store manager who also enjoyed my interview and like my application. After a few days they called me back and planned for me to begin training for the department.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

Interview
I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
