Interview was very quick and very well informative. I felt very confident in the company after talking to the store leader. Took about 20 minutes and in a private area.
The position posting stated it was full-time. When I went in for the interview, I was told there was not a full-time opening and it would start at 20 hours a week indefinitely. Interview experience itself was unacceptable. Interviewers forgot there was an interview scheduled and said that we would need to “‘make it quick” because they forgot. Incredibly rude and muttered a sarcastic comment after saying I would hear back within a day or two. I did not hear back and it has been months. Unbelievable incompetence and unnecessary rudeness.
I went to two interviews, first one is getting to know you. second, they will ask you what you would do in these situations. asks about your customer service experience
Online application, resume, interview, and silence. Super easy. The manager seemed nice, but was definitely distracted. The Only negative was no follow up. A non-selection phone call or email would have been nice.
