I applied on a friday, they called me on Monday to come in on Wednesday. The interview process was quite easy, they asked for my resume and asked which position I was considering and if I would be willing to go for a different one if necessary. I met with both the GM and ASM.

What special skills do you have that would be useful in this job?
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.
