Laid back. Got a call fairly quickly. Got interviewed by two different people, The operations manager got fired around when i was hired so they were confused about who interviewed me and when. But when I told them I was interviewed twice already they went with it.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.
