The interview process was an easy one. They just want to see that you have customer service potential. Drug test was requested same day or the following day. They were easy going. I let them know I knew next to nothing dog wise but was willing to learn and they were willing to train.

Applied online and interviewed with manager in person at the store. She asked standard questions, like why I want to work there and what my strengths are. After that I was invited to interview with the manager of the grooming salon.
