Interview
You have to take the normal 45-min long assessment test online. Once they're interested they will contact you and set up a first interview and ask you basic workplace appropriate questions. If the Pet Care manager is on duty that day they will also let you interview with them; if they are unavailable but are interested in you for the position, they will set up a second interview date and time with the pet care manager. If you get a good interview and they want to hire you, you will have to take a drug test within 24hrs of the time they give you the form sheet. After your drug test clears they will begin on-boarding you immediately.

Are you comfortable being around, handling and/or interacting with any and all animals/insects?
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
