They were a tad slow getting back to me. You have to take a drug test. After the drug test, it was about a week or more before I heard back from them. I actually had to call the drug testing place to get my results sent over.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.
