PetSmart Pet Care Associate interview questions

I applied online and didn't hear anything back, so I decided to go in to the store and speak to the hiring manager. She looked up my application, said she would review it, then contact me. I received a phone call the following day setting up an interview for the very next day. It was very simple so long as you are prepared; most of the questions came from a packet she was making notes on. It took about 25 minutes. At the conclusion of the interview, she set me up with a second interview with the store manager for the next day. The second interview was very brief, mainly going over my answers from the first interview. I was offered employment at the conclusion of the interview, depending on the results of my drug test, which I was able to take that same day. I began my training about a week later.

Took about a month after my application to hear from management. Had to do a role-play type interview around the store. They would ask questions that you may encounter while working, such as a customer with a new pet that had no idea how to take care of it. They would also ask possible questions about products and advice in addition to problem solving in the event of customer dissatisfaction. They said I would be hired pending a drug test. After I completed the drug test, we negotiated pay rate and I started 3 days later.
