The interview process usually consists of two stages- a single interview where the hiring manager asks the basic questions pertaining to your ability to complete the jobs assigned to you. This may include your knowledge about certain pets and the products offered at Petco. The next stage, which may be omitted or not, was a group interview where you are placed with one or two other potential associates and asked questions. This is all dependent on the hiring manager and how they conduct things and how many employees they are looking for and how fast they need a new employee. All in all, it is a fairly basic interview experience and there is very little pressure placed on you.
