Very informal. The Interviewer did not seem to have prepared for the interview. They talked to the company down and made it sound like a not good place to work at and then asked if I was scared away yet.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Petco
Interview
One on one interview with the store manager. Not a terribly professional environment - the manager basically talked at me for about fifteen minutes, and didn't ask any questions about my experience. Essentially he just described the position - I wouldn't even call it a proper interview. A bit disappointing, overall.
