Interview
Their basic entry level job. Everyone starts out a guest advisor and moves their way up.
Interview was supposed to be a group but I came ten minutes early and the manager finished up the woman she was interviewing then called me in.
We were in the dog training room but then the dog trainer needed it so we were moved to the office. She went over the job, the basis of Petco and the reason why they are hiring so many new people.
She asked if I had any pets, my personality, what jobs I had previously, if I knew Petco goal ( healthy happy pets (I did not know this hahah)) and that was all.
She was going to interview a bunch more people and I was expected to get a call in the next day (Wednesday) or the day after (Thursday)
I really wanted this job after no call on Thursday I was going to call and say thank you for the interview just as a reminder to them but they called first telling me I got the job.

The interview process was easy. I explained the amount of information I knew about animals and got the job offer. Not many questions that you don't hear in a normal interview. People didn't seem to be passionate. Just another interview for another retail position.
Interviewed by Assistant Manager (GEL) who is usually in charge of the interview and hiring process mainly. Sat down in office for about a 30 minute interview with basic questions. Asked if I would need any accommodation/ if I was comfortable handling all kinds of animals i.e. reptiles, arachnids, small pets, etc.
