The interview process took a little bit of time but after applying I was contacted via phone and was offered an interview, which took at least 15 minutes. A casual outfit is the most that's needed to be accepted for this type of interview and as long as you are friendly, outgoing and customer orientated, you have a good chance.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have with animals/Any animal allergies?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
