Interview
I was contacted and asked to interview because of my knowledge and experience with Reptiles. I was interviewed and hired immediately. The interview process was not difficult and the assistant manager who interviewed me was friendly and approachable. I still had to submit a test (which is now done online but at the time I was hired, was on paper) and then study for the certifications I needed to fulfill my position.

The interview process is very easy. They are not too picky, they just want to make sure that you will work and can comprehend the simple parts of the job. And that you are okay with small animals.
