Contacted by recruiter for fairly immediate need for business analyst. Did initial screening with recruiter and then recruiter manager. Then had an Zoom interview with IT director. Second interview with PM. Whole process took about two weeks. Initially presented as a full time permanent position but recruiter later recanted and it became six month contract to hire. Somewhat disappointing but the rate of pay was increased to compensate for error.
