Interview
I was initially hired as a Sales Associate and was promoted to a Department Manager after about 1 year. The hiring process was very straight forward. All of the basic questions were asked (greatest weakness/strength, tell me about a time when..., etc.) Our manager asked about punctuality, and wouldn't hire anyone who said they didn't think coming in on time was important.

Horrible Management lack of interviewer skills. Train your store managers better, and don't put people who is not know what there doing in these roles. Didn't know how to operate a store, poor company with a big turn around rate.

Not too long I had two interviews one was more of a meet and greet,
the other was more of a sit down meeting. The general manager was really nice. The interview was quite short.
