It was an easy interview. It helps to have pets of your own and able to understand proper care and nutrition. Express enthusiasm. I got a job offer the same day.

Short about 15 minutes, common interview questions, informative of day-to-day tasks, talk about availability. Come prepared and bring resume. Be energetic and joyful about customer service. They are looking for friendly individuals with motivation to sell and provide good customer service
They offered me an interview relatively fast, within a week of applying. I told the interviewer my experience caring for my dogs and my volunteer work at a wildlife sanctuary.
