It was comfortable and casual, in the store office, and they asked questions about customer service situations as well as specifics to animal care and knowledge. It was part of an internal hire but they use the same printed off questions they use for all interviews and just choose or change as it pertains to the person they interview. If they show proficiency or answer a question on the sheet while answering another they will pass over the now covered question.
