applied about 4 different times online and finally got a call back on the 4th application, they always had an opening online so it seem like they were always hiring, but process took about three months. The interview was simple asked if you like animals and if you would be able to work with the different animals they carried in the store, and they ask about your school schedule . overall very easy.

Do you have experience handling customers during a rush?
It was a basic sales job interview. Basically they want to know you are a hard worker and kind to animals. I don't think they really care as long as you are willing to work hard.
The interview process is very easy. They are not too picky, they just want to make sure that you will work and can comprehend the simple parts of the job. And that you are okay with small animals.
