Pfizer was recruiting at my university. I talked to them at the career fair and they followed up a couple months later and wanted to do a phone interview with me. It was a typical phone interview with STAR based questions regarding my previous experiences. After the phone interview, I got an offer within two weeks.

Hirevue interview was self-paced, value driven and non technical.

30 minutes interview. Two to three interviewers. Mainly focus on CV and behavior questions. If there is time left, they will let you ask some of the questions and they will answer.

I did a hirevue interview that was fairly easy. I got past the first round but it was simply just behavioral questions and then some games for memory and math
