Interview with HR representative. Online. Recorded interview using transcript function. Went through questions very methodically/systematically. Asked basic interview questions (e.g. why do you want to work for pfizer? how does your background align with the responsibilities of the role) Said they would reach out in 3 weeks.
This was an internal interview. It was one round with 4-5 individuals who were people leaders on the team. Questions reflected values of the company and applying your real life situations to the values. As well as background questions about what I was currently doing at work.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pfizer (Sanford, NC)
Interview
Interviewed for the Gene Therapy department. Overall a very straight forward interview conducted a few times over Microsoft Teams. Offer was made without ever making an in-person visit.
Interviewers were impressed to be questioned themselves on various topics such as conflict resolution, management, and hobbies outside of work.
