Interview
There are 2 rounds to the interview, both being behavioral. First round interview was with a digital rotational program alum who has been through the rotations in the organization. Second round was with a managing director level of a digital unit. Standard questions throughout.
Mostly pertained to technological background and experience. I was asked in depth about different programs I use as well as coding languages. Main interest was in the types of classes I had taken and what skills I learnt from them.
