Very Casual first interview, Second Interview was by panel. All questions were scripted from paper, and not a true open conversation. I didn't feel the interviewers had much experience with the process.

Great very short and sweet. They asked need some base questions and wanted to know how I was able to get to work reliably which was easy due to taking the bus routes which they accepted
The phone screen only lasted for about 2 minutes. They just asked if I had a license, if I could work those hours, and if I had any previous experience in the field.
