Very disorganized. Interviews were set up lasting over a 5-hour timeframe and needed to be constantly rescheduled because of the interviewers' schedules. Even the interviewers seemed unprepared and didn't know exactly what role I was there for. Afterwards, HR indicated I would receive benefits materials, as well as meet with additional executives. I was asked about availability for even more interviews and was told to "pencil in" a date. Then, they never called. I followed up about the "pencilled in" date, and no one returned calls. Most unprofessional organization I've encountered.
