Had a huge amount of my time wasted with this company - they have a bad employee and company reputation for a reason. Went through multiple rounds of interviews (needless) and quickly realized during higher level team interviews that the female CMO micro-manages everything and seems to run the entire operation as 'her way or the highway'. Divisional VPS's, who seemed like nice people, but seem to hold zero power or influence within the organization - always a major red flag. Finally interviewed with this CMO who I found to be rude, unprepared, and ate her lunch and chatted with her assistant randomly during the interview. Seriously unimpressive and unprofessional experience overall, most especially with the CMO - compounded by an automated rejection email from HR after all that time-wasting. My advice? AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you're a marketing professional!
