I got to round three of interviewing before things fell apart. My interviews started being rescheduled frequently by Phenom. The final straw was that I showed up for my interview and no one from Phenom showed up. I reached out to my contacts at the company and there was no reply. I waited 20 minutes and sent a follow up e-mail to inquire if there was an issue or the interviewer was ill. 5 days later and there's still no response. Given this company actually specializes in talent, this felt exceptionally egregious. I've been ghosted by companies I applied to before, but never in the actual interview.
