Interview
I applied online and a couple of weeks later heard back from the HR via email. After the initial phone call with HR, I had to send in a short video after identifying a core value (from the company website) that resonates with me. Phenom People values culture the most and how the candidate fits in with their core values. The next step was the phone interview with the hiring manager. After which, I was brought in on-site to meet with Sr. Implementation Manager, AVP – customer experience and the COO. The entire process was very smooth and very professional.
I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process with Phenom People, especially making the video clip part. It was such a unique experience!
It would be a great fit for someone who is open and willing to work long hours with not much flexibility.
