I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom (Ambler, PA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone Interview with HR. Then a week later an in person with the Director. Then after another week a 3rd interview that was in person with several members of the Implementation team in various capacities to further drill down in experience and scenario type of questions.
Pros: Seemed like a good place to work with a challenging environment and continued growth.
Cons: Took a couple weeks after my final interview to get feedback and I had to email requesting an update. Felt that after multiple interviews I could have received more constructive feedback on why I didn't get the opinion.
