Phenom People's interview process was quick and efficient. It consisted of a phone interview and an in-person interview. I spoke with Whitney over the phone, and met with members of the sales team during my in-person interview. The conversations mostly consisted of us getting to know each other and feeling out whether or not I would be a good fit at Phenom. Everybody was very friendly and easy to talk to. They also have a very unique way of offering a position.
