I applied online and a had a great phone screen and was brought into the office a week or so later. I was asked to make a video about my values and how they align with theirs. I met with a few different people, some of which didn't really seem like they have interviewed before and as soon as they got in looked annoyed they had to be there. At the end, the woman who I worked with through the process had 'lunch' so couldn't walk me out. I sent all my thank you notes and then I waited. And waited. A week went by and I got a notification from the website that I uploaded my video on that it hadn't even been WATCHED. I couldn't believe that a company that sells a program to make the interview process better couldn't even do it themselves!!! I followed up a few times through those 3 weeks constantly emailing my HR rep when I would hear back. Nothing. Finally I got an email saying that they hired someone better than me. It was rude honestly. I usually don't have bad things to say about interviews and I have gotten jobs at well known companies. I regret the time and energy I put in when they couldn't even watch my video that I worked hard on. I hope they learn from their mistakes but that was the most terrible interview process I have ever been through.
