I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom
Interview
The interview process was extremely relaxed. I had a screening interview first with someone in HR. We got along super great. She asked pretty standard interview questions. Then I had a phone interview next with who would be my boss. That was more him giving me details of my job and less questions asked. After this interview I had to make a creative video explaining why I fit in with one of the company core values. This threw me off a lot and it took some time to make a video. My final interview was with a member of the team I would be on and then another interview with the boss again. Both of these interviews were standard interview questions and more conversational rather than questioning. Overall, it was a great experience. The only thing really nerve wracking was making the video.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom (Horsham, PA) in Jul 2017
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I applied for a position online that I wasn't sure if I qualified for and received a response a day later, stating that I qualified for a different position. I asked to set up an interview and was given a phone interview to start. After the phone interview I was asked to come in for an in-person interview at the company's office. A third interview was arranged so I could meet the CEO, and then later that same day I was offered the job. Total process took about 3 weeks.
