Highly unprofessional folks. The two panelists kept their video off for the entire interview, even after me requesting them. It was like talking to a wall. Very condescending and humiliating. And guess what - their product is a talent management solution !!! My advice - stay away from Phenom People. Respect is basic.

Pre-covid they had you do a video explaining why you align with one of their core values. I did two phone interviews and a round of in person interviews with three people.

Friendly and informative. Everyone I met with communicated well. The entire process was great and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The talent acquisition team here is incredible, i see why people enjoy working here. It seems like a great place to work.
