I was given a password validator coding problem. The criteria for a valid password were: it should contain at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, a number, and should be longer than 8 characters. I was further asked about how I would make the password stronger.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Phenom, and I must say, it was a refreshing experience. The interview process consisted of two rounds, with the first round focusing on technical aspects and the second incorporating both technical and HR elements.
Technical Round:
The technical round was well-planned, covering subjects pertinent to the role, such as SQL and data structures.
Combined Technical and HR Round:
The second round seamlessly transitioned from technical to HR-related discussions.The HR representative was friendly and approachable, creating a comfortable environment for open dialogue.
Overall Impression:
Overall, my experience with Phenom left a positive impression. The interview process was well-organized, and the interviewers were professional and knowledgeable. Despite the remote format, I felt connected and engaged throughout the discussions.

I got hired through a hackathon conducted by phenom. We were divided into teams. Asked to comeup with a problem statement as a team and pitch a solution. Later team divides the tasks and builds the solution. Following that 2 rounds of interviews were conducted.
