Interview
The interview process had 2 stages. The first was a 10-15 min talk over the phone with the recruiter. The questions were pretty basic - why I want to work for the company, about my previous experience. It was conducted both in Polish and in English. The second stage was an hour interview with my current Team Leader and another team member, as well as the person with whom I talked over the phone. I felt that everything was very professional. Once again, the questions were very typical for the position.
