Interview
The interview was structured in 2 rounds. An at home solved case study was presented in the second round revolving around sales data presentation and reasoning. THe process was very proffessional and smooth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Jakarta) in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied for Data Scientist position, but because the role was already filled, they offered me to go through the hiring process for BI Analyst position.
The hiring process was relatively simple and quick. I went through 3 phases.
1. HR Interview
This was pretty straightforward. The HR asked me about my experience and skills.
2. Technical Assessment
I was given assignment to assess my data analysis skills. The assignment was to be completed within one week
3. Hiring manager interview
Also quite straightforward, but a bit more challenging because the interviewer asked me about technical stuff
Overall experience was positive. The HR was nice and responsive. All of the interviewers also only asked things relevant to the job or to my skills/experience. None were rude or acted unprofessionally.
The only downside was it took more than 2 weeks after I asked the HR about the progress of my hiring, which I did not succeed haha
