Came in through Headhunter application (1) Interview 1h with Hiring Mgr and Talent Acquisition Manager- Introduction into Role &Team, my Introduction, behavior based and general interview question, time for my Q&A (2) Online Personality & Cognitive test (3) role specific Business Case - 7 days time to prepare (4) 1,5h presentation Business Case & competency based interview with Hiring Mgr and 2 senior stakeholders (3) Final Interview with HR Business Partner about motivation, leadership style, managing expectations (tabacco industry challenges) etc. I have experienced the process as tough on the topic but very fair and under a friendly atmosphere. Process was generally very efficient and well organized and communicated through the PMI talent team in Poland.
