I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Nashville, TN) in May 2018
Interview
Skype interview with a panel of 5 members. Only one member asked questions while the others listened. Questions were fairly straightforward and everybody was very nice and laid back. Recruiter called me before the interview and gave me a summary of questions they would ask and what they would be looking for. Only problem I had was with trying to run Skype for business on a Mac. For some reason it just didn’t want to start which caused me to be late joining in as I scrambled to find a windows computer to run Skype on. Had no problems with the windows computer.
The first interview with someone on hiring team. A simple phone interview. Then the hiring team will contact you if the managers of the department would like to schedule a second interview. Second interview was a Zoom call with the department managers.
