They sent me a case, and there 2 interviews afterwards. The interviews was with 2 different people from leadership team. One was behavioral and one was based on case analysis.

behavioral questions were mostly like conversation. Case questions was started with me pitching the case like a startup pitch and ended up with questions, like the investors questions at the end of each startup pitch idea.
Final round involved a 30 minute seminar (10-5 minute Q&A) to anyone in the Research division interested in attending. This was followed by several rounds of interviews with members of the team. It was nearly a full day
